We recognise how extremely difficult it must be for people with a migration background to suddenly settle in an unfamiliar country. A different language, different traditions, customs, values and culture. A lot of immigrants with a different ethical or cultural background are forced to settle for a job where their qualities and knowledge arenโt put to good use or even acknowledged. Due to various reasons in language fluency or because diplomas donโt match Dutch qualifications, or sadly because of unjustified negative prejudices some Dutch people still have against people with migration backgrounds. We do not agree with these conservative ways. In our opinion, everyone has the right to a job that contributes them to a bright future.
