When climate change increases the amount of water, the solution is no longer to drain it away, as sewers, streams and groundwater will be high. In Poseidon, we look at what we can do to prepare for water-related disasters instead of just reacting to them. We must dare to invite water in, be creative and try different things than what we usually do.
The Poseidon project is a collaboration between Danish and German universities, companies and public organisations. The project receives approximately EUR 1.875.000 millions in funding from Interreg Deutschland-Danmark with funding from the European Union and runs until March 2027.
