Who We Are: Positive Choices, Inc. (PCI) is a Washington, DC based non-profit organization established in 2003.
Our Mission: We seek to promote proper football skill set, concussion awareness, and safety standards to youth while encouraging educational advancement and positive decision making on and off the field.
Our Purpose: Washington, DC ranks fifth in the nation among states with the highest dropout rates. In Wards 7 and 8, where most of our camp participants reside, only 4 out of 10 youth who enter the 9th grade will graduate. This transitions from adolescence to adulthood, as those who drop out are more likely to be unemployed, live in poverty, and dependent on public assistance. To combat this epidemic , Positive Choices, Inc. uses the great game of football as a catalyst for community development
