Positive Human Impact Overview

Positive Human Impact is the Pathfinder between charities, social enterprises, and cultural commercial expertise. Positive Human Impact (PHI) has turned the traditional business model upside down, to mature our holistic strategy for business and not-for-profits We are a multi-disciplinary team, without egos or ambitions to build empires. Which means we are a non-judgemental and supportive team, working collaboratively in a secure emotional environment. This improves our well-being, because we have removed the fear and isolation, that all business owners experience. Collectively working together to reduce wastage, improve efficiency and collaboration, within the business and charitable sectors. It is critical to improve the perceptions and relationships between these sectors. An example of the traditional model is where the founder has a vision and the plan to achieve it. Then the founder needs to find the best people to help them achieve their ambitions. PHI built our multi-disciplinary team of around 50 people first. We now have the right people to, help, advise and support any business and not-for-profit. PHI have eliminated existing silo thinking with our holistic business model, which enables sharing and collaboration without commercial financial pressure. Which uncovers blind spots we all have in our businesses. We all benefit indirectly from PHI through the distribution of work, by providing solutions as they arise organically in conversations. We are in the process of setting up Positive Human Impact Trust CIC to attract match funding, to enable us to donate to PHI accredited charities, to deliver maximum impact.
