Potentis Capital

Potentis Capital is a a closely-held private company that is entrepreneurial in nature and invests in health care and related services, consumer products, and technology companies. We work side-by-side with our affiliate management teams to brainstorm big picture ideas and execute all the details involved in plan implementation. Our portfolio currently includes: MedAffect, Agile Element, Tone House, Farm Cut and Watertree Health. One of the top priorities of the Potentis Capital family is community support. We foster relationships with a number of nonprofits through donations and resource sharing to help organizations further their missions. Our alliances include Make-A-Wish, ASPCA, the National Kidney Foundation, as well as 15 regional food banks in America. Potentis Capital is led by CEO & Managing Member Matt Herfield. He specializes in building strong partnerships with market-changing businesses that share his passion for social responsibility. On the Operating Board are Matt, who is the Chairman, and Directors Carol Rowbo and Joseph Kleiman. The Board helps companies in the portfolio by working with them to scope out existing and new opportunities, put together an implementation plan, map out issues and their resolutions, and other key business decisions. They also collaborate with management to improve current skills and develop new ones. Carol and Joseph also function as Portfolio Chief Operations Officer and Portfolio Chief Strategy Officer, respectively, for Potentis Capital.
