PGS offer full service and test service facilities on all mechanical governors and electronic actuators, from all major manufacturers which include Woodward, Zexel, Regulators Europa, Caterpillar, Bosch and many more. Received units into our workshop will have a full test to ascertain the current state and calibration of the unit in line with the manufactures test specification. The service process in which we fully dismantle clean, check, measure tolerances and replace any broken/wearing parts. The unit is then fully rebuilt tested and calibrated to manufacturers or customer required specifications.
We also offer technical attendance to site and over the phone technical assistance should you have any engine governing related issues. We are always on hand to assist with issues you may be experiencing, and troubleshooting is one of our strong points.
We will help you to get you back on track as soon as possible.

From the receipt of the governor to the service and test reports, to the parts fitted on overhaul, full clarity with detailed technical reports. Replaced parts returned to the customer for their own peace of mind. Our key aim is to build confidence and trust with our customers in order to enable long standing relationships. We are Woodward and Bosch/Zexel technically trained engineers with over 45 years combined experience in governor systems, engine controls and fuel injection. We are primarily workshop based but are available 24/7 to attend on site. Our experience will help resolve any issues.
