IRO description and services -
To represent PPIU in its overseas relations;
To promote Internationalization of Education at PPIU through different activities and programs, and in collaboration with PPIU concerned faculties and departments/offices;
To build, maintain and increase PPIU’s partnership with local and international universities/institutions affiliated with Higher Education (HE), especially those of ASEAN and EU;
To organize incoming and outgoing visits linked to the development and maintenance of international partnerships;
Incoming (inbound) and outgoing (outbound) students:
in collaboration with Student Counseling and Information
Center (SCIC) and other faculties / departments/offices:
To facilitate the arrival of new international students;
To serve as one member in the selection committee for outgoing students, offer orientation as required;
To interface with embassies and consulates of various countries especially for organizing various HE forums;
To contribute to promote PPIU brand, notably at international arena; and
To manage the International Relations Office.
