Founded in 2007, the PPU Business Incubator is one of the first university incubators in Palestine. The incubator is committed to empowering startups to reach their full potential and access markets beyond Palestine by focusing on a diverse range of industries.
Mission Statement
PPU Business Incubator's mission is to inspire and guide young entrepreneurs in developing their ideas into small and medium businesses and marketing them successfully. The incubator supports entrepreneurs in commercializing their ideas by providing an integrated package of business development services.

Key Activities:
- Entrepreneurship and Start-ups Incubation and Acceleration: The incubator provides comprehensive support to at least 400 potential entrepreneurs annually, focusing on those aged 18-35, with an emphasis on gender equality and support for marginalized communities.
- Training and Skill-building: Over 11,710 hours of specialized training have been provided to more than 7,250 beneficiaries, equipping young people with essential knowledge, technical skills, and support.
- Full Incubation and Acceleration: The incubator has incubated 300 ideas and accelerated 200 startups, offering seed funding and zero-interest emergency loans to support their sustainability.
- Green and Social Impact: 33% of the startups have environmentally friendly impacts, while 20% have significant social impacts.
The PPUBI is notable for:
• Recognized as the "Best University Supporting Entrepreneurs in the Arab Region" by the Mohammed Bin Rashid Award for Young Business Leaders in 2018.
• Successfully supported the creation of more than 500 jobs and helped startups achieve a success rate exceeding 60%.
•Maintains a network of 65 business mentors including in-house experts as well as professionals from the private sector, various industries and the labor market, providing expert guidance to startups.
