In 1995, our founder experienced a severe allergic reaction to a facial with synthetic cosmetics. She healed the rashes using the gel from the aloe vera plant. This led her to think about the amount of chemicals that were being used in skincare products. She realised that people needed genuine herbal skincare and haircare products. So in the garage of her house and with a passionate background in herbs and cosmeticology, the humble prakriti herbals journey began. We are now a women led team working with an all natural retail range and are also well known for creating customised guest amenities for leading hospital and hotel chains.
