Prarochan Group launched its first company, PRAROCHAN MEDIA PRIVATE LIMITED (PMPL), in August 2015. The company primarily focuses on acquiring legally approved spaces for outdoor advertisements at prime locations in metro cities, specializing in Out-Of-Home (OOH) and digital advertising. PMPL has already secured 150,000 square feet of outdoor media space and is currently in the process of acquiring approximately 5,00,000 square feet in Mumbai and the Mumbai Suburban District, Thane & Navi Mumbai.
The foundation of Aarey Dairy, under the Government of Maharashtra, was established in 1960 following the state's separation from Gujarat. The newly formed state urgently needed a dairy facility to provide fresh milk to Mumbai and the Mumbai Suburban District. In collaboration with Germany and UNICEF, the Government of Maharashtra aimed to supply fresh and hygienic milk to the entire city.
Over the past 70 years, the city has undergone significant development, transforming into a smart city. However, the Aarey milk stalls remained neglected, with no efforts made by the government to renovate or redevelop them.
We are proud to announce our first prestigious project with the Government of Maharashtra to redevelop 1,603 Aarey stalls across the city. PMPL has been awarded the project to redevelop these stalls within three years, with exclusive media and digital rights for 15 years.
