Raukee Matagi started Precedence One Home Inspections LLC in Las Vegas, Nevada during the COVID-19 pandemic in 2021. He lost his job where he had been at just shy of 19 years. Starting over had been a difficult yet great learning experience.

Raukee has worked for conventions and tradeshows and more than 12 years in installation and dismantle as lead and foreman. He built the booths and continued working for more than 6 years as an equipment supervisor. Raukee is very detail-oriented and has studied to perform the best inspection possible.
