Why do we do it?
We all have to start somewhere. Some of us had personal trainers before, some of us had so-called experts and professionals at one point or another that lead us to a path that we knew wasn’t quite right or we couldn’t quite achieve our goals and desired results despite our efforts. Refusing to believe that senseless weightlifting, endless cardio, crash diets, wallet-draining supplements were the only way to be successful, we turned to science.
How do we do it?
We do the research for you! It is our job, it is our passion. Summing up the literature, we form evidence-based training programs, nutrition plans, and bodybuilding competition preparation methods to maximize your effort while keeping your long-term metabolic health the utmost priority.

We do it for our past self that was led astray by pseudo-science, for those who are tired of being led by false experts and coaches. For those who were told they needed 5 hours of cardio weekly. For those who were told that a severe caloric deficit was a most; less than 1200 calories a diet. For everyone that was prescribed workouts and training plan with no merits, no scientific Foundation, with no rationale besides “my coach says don’t ask questions, trust the process.” We do it for the person who want to adapt a fitness lifestyle and be healthy.
