Established in 1999 as Cumberland Medical Services by a group of individuals desiring to provide drug testing services to companies, schools, government entities, etc., the company currently operates as Premier Integrity Solutions, Inc., with annual revenue of $8 million. Headquartered in Russell Springs, Kentucky but serving the nation with numerous testing options, devices, lab partnerships, it is Premier’s desire is to help stem the growing issue of drug abuse for employers and businesses. In business for over 14 years, Premier Integrity Solutions is not just ‘another’ drug testing company. Our staff, consisting of 45 full time employees in six (6) offices and 120 part time employees, is trained to provide personal, timely, and detailed service. While performing over 25,000 drug tests a month, we’ve serviced State contracts in Kentucky, including: OMSL, AOC-KY Drug Court, Western KY Veterans Center, Thompson Hood Veterans Center, and Federal grants through the Small Business Administration to assist small companies develop Drug Free Workplace programs. In addition, Premier services Alcohol & Electronic Monitoring in TN, Private Probation, Family Courts and Pretrial programs in KY.
