Premium Nexus LLC started in 2015 with the establishment of Central Express LLC, aiming to create the first convenience store network in Mongolia by opening the Central Express CVS store.
In 2017, the company entered into a partnership with BG Retail Co., Ltd. from South Korea, acquiring the master franchise rights for the CU brand.
Since August 2018, they have been operating and managing CU convenience stores in the Mongolian market.
