Prepking is the first company to specialise in nutritionally optimised fresh ready meals for the gym and fitness industry. We supply top quality branded display freezers to enable gyms to store, display and promote sales of our fantastic industry leading meals to their members at sensible prices with plenty of room for profit. We supply to gyms throughout England and also sell direct to health conscious consumers direct through our online ordering service. What makes us different is that we guarantee a consistent correct protein/carb/fat balance and consistent correct calorie load with full macros with all of our meals. Most importantly they also taste great.
