• Extensive pre-designed plans and elevations are pre-loaded and can be selected through filters and these can also be configured individually using design customisation options built into the app.
• A premium ‘pro’ version will allow for complete design of your home from scratch! This is recommended for architects and engineers but anyone with a flair for planning and design can try their hand at it Once a design is selected, it is added to ‘cart’ and advance paid online. This sets off a customer on-boarding process which will be guided by back end process support staff.
BUILDING AS A PRODUCT:
• The PRESET technology consists of a set of pre-designed, prefabricated (also known as Designed for Manufacture and Assembly - DfMA) and pre- finished building components that fit together using patented methods and technologies to create the finished building – a home, in this case – with minimal site work. The component numbers are limited yet unlimited combinations and permutations of rooms and other functions are possible to be created as per the site conditions and design requirements of individual project needs.
• The major structural components are steel based and the walls and roof use a combination of materials that are appropriate as per the geographical and climatic conditions of the location.
• A variety of exterior and interior finishes, claddings, exterior options, add-ons, roof options etc., makes it easy for the customer to personalise his building as per his desire, taste and budget.
• Minimal site preparations are needed and the only work that needs to be done is to create a level concrete surface – basically consisting of levelling and compacting the soil and pouring a concrete base
