Prestige National Title Services (PNTS) is a full service title company providing commercial and residential real property closing and title insurance services, including but not limited to: contract preparation and review, corporate formation services, escrow, title examination and issuance of owner's and lender's title insurance policies, and 1031 Exchanges.
PNTS also provide title clearance services as necessary for parties to close with confidence knowing that all title insurance requirements have been met prior closing.
PNTS are always available to answer any real estate legal and/ or closing related questions and to provide advise to buyers, sellers and realtors through all stages of the closing process. We are always happy to provide realtors with estimated closing fees and we will provide draft ALTA Settlements and Closing Disclosures upon request.
