Our wellness program begins with data collection including risk assessments, body composition and measurements for each program participant. The collected information is used to develop individual wellness plans. Each plan includes resistance training, nutrition and aerobic exercise guidelines aimed at maximizing each individuals contribution to the overall goals above. We actively pursue relationships with local fitness facilities meal preparation/clean eating providers for individuals who wish to take advantage of their services.
