Primosole's long-term mission is to build unique investment holdings generating stable distributions and/ or capital gain opportunities for its shareholders and partners.
Primosole was founded as a search fund in late 2020 to acquire established SMEs in the United Kingdom operating within an industry niche and with no succession plan.
In line with such investment criteria in Q1 2021 Primosole originated, structured and successfully completed the acquisition of a significant majority stake in SAMURAI. Over a period of three and half years Primosole fully restructured, transformed and relaunched the 1996-born heritage rugby-inspired sportswear brand.
In 2024, Primosole originated and executed a series of transactions successfully transitioning the SAMURAI brand to Kitlocker.com.
