Pro Mino HVP

Pro Mino HVP is a natural and safe protein derived from grain starch. It is a key ingredient in spices, stock cubes, soups, sauces, snacks, meat and plant-based food products, used to enhance the umami (meaty) flavour in foods. It increases the protein content and improves the mouthfeel texture of food products - particularly in vegan and vegetarian products where animal-based proteins are avoided. It contains significantly lower sodium levels than local and international standards, and is free of MSG, GMOs, gluten, soy/soya and allergens (milk, egg, peanut), and is Halal certified.
