At Problem Resolution we specialise in mediation and business interventions using mediation principles. Our clients are principally healthcare providers and we have unique experience in resolving relationship difficulties with senior level clinicians and academics in the health service, with boards and their stakeholders. We have been working in the field of independent mediation in the NHS since 2008 and have conducted more than 350 mediations. Most of our commissions come from Chief Executives, Medical Directors or Directors of Workforce and our work has been primarily, although not solely with very senior staff: Trust Board Directors, Consultant medical staff and heads of departments. We also have considerable experience in working with other professions and at all levels within organisations. We mediate with groups of any size, from resolving issues between two people or whole team disputes up to dysfunctional departments of 40+ people
