Born from the will of a group of professionals interested in working in the social area, concerned with the situation of the country's underprivileged population. It was initially constituted by a group of public servants from the tax authorities of several states of the federation. Today, professionals from different areas of knowledge are part of the effective staff and employees of Pró-Cidadania. Organized in 5 work centers: 1. Mobilization and Social Inclusion; 2. Professional Qualification; 3. Thematic Events; 4. Socio-environmental and 5. Education, Culture and Sports, in its 20 years of existence, it has already trained more than 85 thousand people in various professional qualification courses, specialized advisory services and specific programs. In Brazil, it held more than 370 events, in political or technical training in several Brazilian states, surpassing the mark of 60 thousand participants in Brazil. Abroad, 10 exchanges with Germany, Argentina, Belgium, Canada, Italy, England and Scotland stand out, with more than 650 participants.
