La filiale granbyenne de Productions Extrême a vu le jour en 2000. L’entreprise familiale a connu une première expansion lorsqu’elle s'est jointe à l’usine Rolland Michaud en 2006. L’année 2009 fut marquée par une seconde expansion alors que l'entreprise ouvre un tout nouveau site web et accorde les premières agences ailleurs en province. Les deux dernières années ont été particulièrement fastes alors que Productions Extrême a triplé son volume à chacune d’elles.
