Professional Development and Research Center (PDRC) Overview

Professional Development & Research Center (PDRC) was established in 2005 with the commitment to make difference in the lives of Dalit and marginalized youths. We exclusively work in the education sector with an objective to increase their access to quality higher education. They are further equipped with the professional skills and competencies so that they can be a true professionals in their chosen career. We do support and encourage next generation leaders to be actively engaged in social research to promote inclusive democracy in the country by providing research-based information to the policy makers. Vision To create a discrimination free society through education Mission To ensure quality, value based and employable education for Dalit and marginalized community PDRC Values Fairness: We believe in behaviors, attitudes and activities that ensure that we treat each and every member of the team and community politely and fairly Self esteem: We develop Dalit individuals who believe and have confidence in their ability and value Commitment: Producing committed community members is the ultimate goal of the organization. Youth oriented: Youths are the future hope of our community and nation. We are committed to creating an environment of value based, quality and employable education for Dalit youth. Integrity: In all matters, we will be transparent, honest and moral. We will also act with principles of accountability and credibility with our stakeholders. Team spirit: Through trust, respect and empathy, we will work cooperatively, collaboratively and leverage the diversity within our internal and external team. Volunteerism: The spirit of giving is the historic cornerstone of PDRC. We encourage and promote individuals to act with a sense of ownership, contribute to the success of their careers, and give back to their communities and nation.
