• Scrutinizing resumes by cross-checking his companies for Blacklisted, Restricted Clients etc thus, generating a high-quality pipeline of candidates.
• Monitoring MIS reports on the no of closure, internal movements, and offer decline numbers to ensure the flow of work to reach the aspire rates. Sending weekly, Monthly and quarterly headcount and hiring report.
• Management, Full Recruitment Life Cycle implementation, Contract negotiations with third parties, Lead generation/Networking and head-hunting.
• Experience of working with both Domestic and International Clients in IT.
• Meeting with Business Development Manager’s and higher management, Daily requirement, submission and recruitment strategy, Complete recruitment cycle including sourcing through referrals, through Internet, Job sites & Email Campaigning and based on the volume of the requirements, scheduling the interview process, Time management and coordination of all other activities as per the Client preference.
