Progress Works is a non-profit member organization with a mission to serve as an innovative leading force of employment development throughout the United States small business community. Through the expansion of its member base, Progress Works will be able to effect positive change among many more businesses, and the results of these efforts will be measured by the number of jobs created and or retained. The organization operates under the guidance of its Board of Directors, whose experience represents the areas served by Progress Works. The organization intends to take a direct and active role in the businesses it supports when appropriate. Progress Works will continually adapt, responding to economic challenges nationwide and among various industry sectors.
