We are a team of 5 undergraduate students at Duke University. Our first app is called edge; The app idea arose from noticing that it is hard for many students to make friends and/or study with other people in their classes if they don't have any friends in these classes. This app allows students to create and join study groups around their campus. Anyone can join these study groups, assuming there is still space left in the "room", and that they are in the same class that the students in the study group are studying for. Using this app will allow students to not only excel in their academics by getting help from their peers on confusing and difficult subjects, but also make friends and connections in their classes.
