Through ‘MAHS’ (Menstrual Awareness, Hygiene, and Sanitation), we aim to empower young girls in rural Ahmedabad by addressing menstrual health concerns. Our mission is to raise awareness about reproductive health and hygiene through formal education, fostering long-term positive change. MAHS conducts educational workshops, distributes essential resources, engages with communities, and advocates for policies to create a sustainable model promoting health, dignity, and improved quality of life. By breaking stigmas and providing knowledge, we strive to equip these girls with the tools to lead healthier, more confident lives. Together, we envision a future where menstrual health is no longer a barrier to equality and opportunity for young women.
