Proof Bakery was founded to help refugee women learn professional baking skills and find steady employment. We run regular training courses for refugees and employ as many as we can. As an employer, our focus is on being flexible, supportive and warm, encouraging our team to reach for greater heights while building a work environment that feels like family.
Our specialties are sourdough bread, focaccia and Middle Eastern-inspired bakes. We are deeply rooted in our local community and operate a subscription model, delivering to businesses and collection points in Coventry weekly. We also run very popular sourdough and Middle Eastern baking classes for the general public!
