Having worked for Property Finance Lenders for over a decade 🏢 I learned how lenders communicate and think when it comes to evaluating and underwriting property finance cases 📈 and how they operate
In 2017 I took the decision to become a broker to use that expertise gained from 'working on that side of the desk' 🤓 to help other brokers and clients achieve better solutions and experience a better journey with their property finance requirements 🙏 My passion and drive is to treat each requirement as if it was one that I was doing for myself, with the ambitions and personality of the client in mind.
Initially I focussed on Bridging and Development Finance cases 🏚️ This pulled on my previous 7 years of lending at United Trust Bank, where I was hired to launch what became an award winning Bridging Finance Lender to the UK Broker market 🥇
Thanks to the support from the lenders who knew me from the industry, Property Finance Plus was recognised in a Master Broker capacity fromHaving previously worked for lenders, we understand how they think, operate and communicate. We use this knowledge to better structure, present and manage cases, whilst better communicating to you throughout the process.
