The roadmap to The European PropTech market Our mission is harmonize the fragmented European PropTech market, to strengthen the European PropTech economy and to help European institutions creating a legal framework adapted to new technologies of PropTech/ConTech and a legal framework which fosters innovations in Real Estate. We are here to help startups to export in new European markets. Our first goals have been to promote the contacts with the EU Commission and the European Innovation Council, to scale up cross-border collaboration and to facilitate access to EU Funding. At the HQ of our organisation, we provide in-house services for facilitating access to European funding programs, such as the Horizon Europe, Life, etc. Years of experience have allowed us to initiate and support unique programs such as the ones with the European Space Agency, the European Innovation Council, the 50Liter Home project and Sustainable Living Lab (built in Brussels 2024). Our growth has been significant, we are now also the preferred innovation partner of large events such as Expo Real and the Love Tomorrow summit at Tomorrowland. Since 2024, we are accompanying selected startups in their funding rounds. We prepare them for the round and we bring our large investor network to the table (private, family office, Corporate investors and Vcs.) Real estate and construction being responsible for at least 42% of all greenhouse gas emissions, we have a heavy responsibility towards our future generations. Our Chairman has elevated proptech and contech high on the agenda of the EU Institutions, he now has made it his mission to raise awareness for our industry before the general public. After all: when we explain to the public how our innovations are helping us towards our personal and societal goals, that public will be more open to adapt new tech in their homes, their offices, hotels, ...
