Prospermo is a cost and business consultancy which offers easy access to Cost Control, Quantity Surveying and Cost & Management Accounting services to global construction contracting companies through outsourcing and offshoring.
Prospermo was founded to provide hands-on accurate and timely cost reports and advice on loss mitigating and corrective action to contractors. It also provides Post Contract Quantity Surveying, Cost & Management Accounting services.
Our founder whilst being employed in the construction industries of UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Sri Lanka and New Zealand and being involved in over 50 projects (majority in post contract phases), came across the ground reality that contractors were either unable to afford separate cost control staff/department or found it challenging to hire experienced and trained specialists or even unaware of the potential benefits of a cost control function.
To cater to these challenges Prospermo was formed to offer affordable and expert services, whilst being remotely based so as to provide attractive fees and flexibility to contractors to get services based on their workload. To further provide an enhanced total cost management solution, quantity surveying and cost accounting professional services were added to provide a holistic solution to the real and complex problems faced by contractors.
