With more than 15+ years of experience in IT Software and Services sector, have served industries like BFSI, Telecom, Aviation, Manufacturing and production, we experienced that customers face difficulties in availing necessary IT services from different service providers expecting to serve same value. This is because of associating factors like inappropriate understanding & requirement gathering, improper collaboration among the stakeholders and hence that leads to issues at execution and unsatisfactory results. We formulated root cause from guidance from Industry Experts & Technology Experienced & creative minded Mentors and created an entity called ProTec Solutions. @ ProTec, we believe that integrating technologies & Process practices can bring value to our customers hence we segmented our services as Industrial Automation, Home Automation & Digital Automation incorporating People & Processes formatting one eco-system. We call it SiOB. We have crafted SiOB for all three service segments individually.
