May 27, 2011, with the partnership of Property Company of Friends, Inc. (PROFRIENDS), Proveneo Land, Inc. was born. This year marks its 8th year anniversary in the business, going bigger and bigger.
From the 350 homebuyers that PROVENEO was able to help in 2011, it grew to over 2,000, and is still growing by the hundreds every month. This year, PROVENEO is proving once again that being a TEAM is what matters most to gain success. True to its mission of serving homebuyers with their lifelong dream of having their own homes, last January, PROVENEO reached the high note when it started out strong and finishes off the month with a total of 445 MILLION sales, the highest sales achievement ever recorded by the company. The sales performance was with the aid of 130 Business Consultants, guidance of 18 Business Sales Managers and leadership of 5 Business Sales Directors. This milestone has served more than 239 new Lancaster home buyers.
Over the years, ATT's perseverance, focus and continuous drive for excellence brought PROVENEO to its number one spot, over-all PROFRIENDS and this record breaking feat happened in just four years' time. PROVENEO also received numerous awards not only in PROFRIENDS, but also from prestigious award giving bodies in the industry, an ultimate proof of how an effective leader she is. Apart from the awards PROVENEO received last 2017, her greatest achievement is the growth in the number of partners PROVENEO developed. ATT looks at her people not just as sales person, she also believes in developing her sales network by way of trainings holistically.
