A Ventura resident since 1999, Tom Carroll has over 20 years of investment securities and financial planning experience. Tom independently founded Provident Financial Group in 2009 after working the corporate sector as a broker. He began to focus on SRI (Socially Responsible Impact) investing when his clients began asking whether it was possible to pursue their investment objectives without violating their principles.
Provident Financial Group is an investment firm for individuals who want to make a connection between their investments and personal beliefs. Tom’s goal is to help clients invest in companies that reflect their values. Developing ways to use their capital to reinvest in their local communities as well as sustainable global organizations.
As an active member of the Ventura community, Tom contributes to The Surfrider Foundation. Surfrider works to ensure our local beaches are accessible, our water is clean, and towards the preservation of our coasts, keeping plastic from polluting our waterways.
