Unlike most security firms that contract out alarm monitoring or installation services, Provident provides a truly end-to-end solution. We own our own 24/7 central monitoring station in Kerrisdale where we manage security services for our approximately 6,000 Vancouver and Whistler clients. From our sales process, to customer service, to alarm monitoring and alarm response you will always be dealing with a Provident team member. We do not use sub-contractors and we control every single step of our processes. Most importantly, Provident is the only company in North America that offers a guaranteed five minute response when your alarm trips. In addition to system design, installation, monitoring and response, Provident also offers a complete Concierge service. Whether you are away for your home for a few days, or for an extended period, Provident will water your plants, feed your cat, walk your dog, shovel your walkway, stock your fridge or even drive you to the airport. Provident’s unique approach to providing a complete security service was one of the reasons we were recognized as the 2011 Installer of the Year by Security Sales & Integration Magazine as the top security firm in North America.
