We understand and know that each student is not the same and each student has his or her own unique learning style. We incorporate different learning styles as we teach utilizing a variety of learning styles. All children can be successful whether they have ADHD, ADD, Learning Disabilities, Traumatic Brain Injury, Mental Health Issues, or Autism. Students at PS.1 Academy can and will succeed.
We are also registered with the State of Florida Vocational Rehabilitation as certified Employment Specialists. We believe that given the opportunities and training skills, ALL students can learn the needed skills and become gainfully employed.
