PSEM - Projeto Sustentabilidade Energética Móvel is a team of innovative students from Instituto Superior Técnico, Portugal's largest engineering university. Since 2013, we have been dedicated to designing and building efficient electric cars to compete in European races.
Our focus lies in the Greenpower F24+ category, where teams strive to cover the greatest distance in a one-hour race.
To date, we’ve developed five prototypes — GP14, GP17, GP19, GP21, and GP23 — culminating in our first international title win with the GP23 in 2023, marking a decade of achievements.
Currently, we are working on our newest project, the GP25, set to hit the track in summer 2025. With each prototype, we aim to lead the way in innovation, sustainability, and excellence in automotive engineering.
