At PT Solutions Ltd, run by Dr Deborah Kingston. We specialise in working with adults and young people experiencing PTSD, complex trauma, anxiety, depression, chronic pain, burnout and dissociation. Our therapy is tailored, evidence-based and relational. We work online and in-person (Lincoln-based), using EMDR as a core approach, alongside third wave CBT perspectives and integrative models.

We provide bespoke mental health and trauma-awareness training for organisations across sectors – including healthcare, education, charities, and legal services. Our interactive sessions are grounded in current psychological evidence and real-world practice, helping staff understand trauma, regulate emotion and promote psychological safety.
I also co-deliver EMDR CPD workshops and clinical skills days that support therapists to deepen their knowledge and expand their toolkit across the 8-phase model. These events are EMDR Association UK accredited and focus on complex trauma, dissociation, and neurodivergent adaptations.
We regularly work with case managers and solicitors to provide timely, outcome-focused psychological input as part of wider rehabilitation or medico-legal processes.
