Nowadays, food sovereignty has been evolved as a global issue and became a priority of Government development programs. Indonesia has been consistently increased the potential of the agricultural sector as one of National Economics Pillars as well as National Food Sovereignty. According to strategic direction of shareholder, the company has been positioned as a State Owned Enterprise with a focus on paddy grains business to support National Food Sovereignty. The focus of these efforts has led the company to re-position the business to strengthen its performance by build a core competence as the one of the Leading Agricultural Business in Indonesia.
