PT Triyasa Propertindo is a subsidiary company of MahaDasha Group, part of Tiara Marga Trakindo Group. Triyasa started the operations as a property developer on January 1st, 2011. We have commitment to not only giving value-added products and services, we also consistently develop environmental friendly buildings that simultaneously increase the lives of its occupants. Our vision is to be recognized nationally as property developer that have commitment in delivering quality products & services to enhance values for its stakeholders. Triyasa has three business pillars; Property Investment, Property Management & Property Development. Our current development projects are residential Samira Residence at Sentul (visit & follow IG:@samira.residence), residential Samira Regency at Kota Bekasi (visit & follow IG: @samira.regency.bekasi), a culinary & lifestyle center Funtastico@Bintaro in Tangerang Selatan, and a sport center at MAIIN Gandaria in South Jakarta (visit & follow IG: @maiin.gandaria) Our previous project was Gran Rubina Business Park, a strata title and leased eco-minded office towers, that strategically located at Kawasan Rasuna Epicentrum, Kuningan, South Jakarta. Through its green-concept building, Gran Rubina Business Park had won Bank & Property Awards 2013 as The New Icon Green Office Building at CBD Jakarta, won Asia Pacific Property Award 2014 for ‘Indonesia Office Architecture’ through its architect PDW and targets to win a gold certification from Green Building Council Indonesia (GBCI).
