Menara Grup merupakan Perusahaan yang terbentuk di Pangkal Pinang, Bangka pada tanggal 07 September 2000 dari toko Talenta yang berdiri sejak 1989 dengan tujuan sebagai salah satu bentuk pengembangan usaha untuk mendistribusikan product berkualitas.
Pada tahun 2007 Menara Grup melebarkan sayap bisnis ke pulau Belitung. Disusul pada tahun 2010 area Sumatera Selatan didirikan juga satu Perusahaan Distribusi.
