Welcome to the Public Sector Partnership Services, we are a Local Authority Trading Company (LATCo) wholly owned by and providing services to South Holland District Council, Boston Borough Council and East Lindsey District Council. The Company delivers a range of front and back office services, including Human Resources & Payroll, Financial Services, ICT & Digital, Procurement & Contracts, Print & Design, Customer Contact, Revenues & Benefits and Health & Safety. Employing staff across our operating sites in Spalding, Boston and Horncastle The Company operates at arms-length to and is independent of the shareholding Councils and is overseen by an appointed Board of Directors. In 2019, the Company secured a new 10 year contract with the authorities to deliver the core services. Through the collaboration and sharing of services over the last 10 years PSPS has successfully delivered savings in the region of £23m, and the future contract will see additional savings of more than £10m to 2030.
