Roles:
To establish a Centre of Distinction towards achieving DRB-HICOM strategic objectives and goals by providing centralize, systematic and structured training and other related Human Capital interventions.
In congruent with the company’s group-wide vision, mission and strategies, the Academy provides education and consultancy services to Group Division and Companies.
Acts as a venue provider for group-wide to promote conducive learning environment for any in-house and public program.
A. Training and other learning interventions provider
1. Provides quality and impactful in-house and public training programs that support the competencies development and achievements of KRAs and KPIs effectively.
2. Supports the group division and companies in establishing the Training Needs Analysis for any training, non-training solutions and other human capital interventions.
3. Create conducive platforms to minimise the performance and competencies gap through systematic development of knowledge, skills, attitudes and working culture. Enhance and enforce the learning outcomes towards performance improvements.
4. Be a centralized point for training vendors’ registration, selection and evaluation (One-Stop-Centre).
B. Consultant
1. Provides consultancy services to the group division and companies for any learning and business solutions (training and non-training) and other interventions.
2. Connects with reputable and reliable consultants for any learning and business solutions requirements.
3. Establish networking and engage with all group companies to identify their business requirements and recommends solutions.
C. Venue Provider
1. Provides the most reliable and conducive training venue and facilities for group-wide programs.
2. Be the preferred venue provider with competitive and cost-effective rates.
3. Flexible approach in view of quality, cost and delivery of related services.
