Puttin' On The Pink started as a concept aimed at raising awareness about breast cancer. Our goal was to help people understand how a person's entire life changes after a diagnosis and to encourage genuine compassion and support for those undergoing treatment.
When we began nine years ago, it wasn't about the money raised. It was about being informed, compassionate, and supportive. Today, we continue to uphold these values and are fortunate to raise funds as a 501(c)(3) organization to help cover treatment costs.
Puttin' On The Pink is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization in Polk County dedicated to raising funds for breast cancer patients. We hold an annual event on the second Friday in October, where 95% of our proceeds go to The Hollis Cancer Center Breast Cancer Patients in Lakeland, Florida. We are committed to supporting breast cancer patients and their families, and to finding a cure for this disease.
