🌿 Viticulteurs passionnés, nous, Thomas Paul et Hugues Chaboud, avons uni nos forces il y a 4 ans pour relever un défi, celui de recultiver la pistache en Provence. Face à des enjeux climatiques sans précédent, nous avons réalisé qu'il était essentiel de diversifier nos cultures au-delà de la vigne.
🌍 Nous avons consacré du temps, de l'énergie et avons parcouru l'Espagne, la Grèce et l'Iran, pour redécouvrir et maîtriser la culture de cet arbre merveilleux qui a toujours coexisté avec nos vignes.
🌱 Aujourd'hui, Pépistach représente plus qu'un projet : c'est une invitation à rejoindre une aventure passionnante. Nous sommes fiers de proposer des plants de pistachier cultivés au cœur de la Provence Verte.
