“Q” Glass Company, Inc., the quality glass company with over 70 years of experience, founded in 1946, in a small garage, by two brothers who were involved in the production and development of TV tubes and related electronic components. Since the beginning, “Q” Glass has evolved to become one of the leading laboratory glassware manufacturers in the industry, serving the scientific, medical, and chemical research communities. While still family owned, we deal with our customers on a personal level and see to it their scientific glassware is produced to the highest standards of quality. After all, the “Q” has, does, and always will stand for “QUALITY.” Along with our sales flyer, and our complete catalog of standard laboratory glassware and lab supplies, we manufacture custom items of all types on a standard basis. We have had the privilege of working on a variety of many exciting projects, including: Glass molds used in the manufacture of angioplasty balloons Component parts for the radar screens used in US Air Force fighter planes Component parts found in CAT scan machines Some of our glassware even made it to space — we are proud to be involved in the initial research for the Mercury space program. Other parts we’ve fabricated found their fame in many different TV commercials, and we made a 50L plasma globe that was Mickey Mouse’s crystal ball in the electrical parade at Disney World.
