When Coach Mahir saw his gym clients working to adjust to the new stay-at-home lifestyle (didn’t we all!), he knew he could use his 15-Years wellness and fitness trainer skills to help even more people feel great even while stuck inside 🏡 Fast forward to today, and we’re officially launching Quantum’s at home training program.
