Molecular glues have emerged as a powerful new modality in drug development and combine proprietary DNA-encoded libraries, structurally enabled drug design, and sophisticated medicinal chemistry to address challenges with currently available therapeutic options, including sub-optimal efficacy, narrow therapeutic windows, limited cellular permeability, and selectivity challenges associated with targeting undruggable proteins.
