Set up by Joel Fried in 2008, Quinata was formed at an unusual time for a property business launch, at the very start of the worldwide financial collapse made worse by the bankruptcy of Lehman Brothers in the USA. When most people were expecting financial disaster, we sensed the opportunity for the tremendous capital gains and property value rises that would inevitably follow the price crash that had only just occurred.
From humble beginnings, based out of a small office in the North of England, Quinata has since grown to be a three office property group headquartered in London with over twenty affiliated companies and 1,000 houses and apartments geographically spread across the United Kingdom. In recent years, the group focus has been on property development and portfolio breakup in and around London with over 300 apartments currently at various stages of development within the M25.
Quinata is today considered to be one of the most active property developers in and around the Capital.
